Building your hub is real, one-time work: designing it, loading your products, connecting your address and setting up your list. The £99 covers that work. The monthly fee covers keeping it fast, secure and up to date.

How do my customers pay for their orders?

Orders arrive in your WhatsApp, and you take payment the way that suits you: cash or card when they collect, on delivery, or by sending a card payment link from SumUp or Stripe. I set the payment link up for you as part of your build, so taking payment is one tap. Nothing is charged automatically: you confirm each order first.

I already get lots of orders. Is the Order Hub enough for me?

Do I own my web address?

Yes. It's registered in your name. If you ever leave, it goes with you.

Who owns my customer list?

You do. It's kept in your own email account, and it stays yours if you ever leave.

Is the sign-up box legal?

Yes. Customers tick a box to opt in, nothing is pre-ticked, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and your hub includes a privacy notice.

What happens if I cancel?

On the monthly plan there's no contract. You stop, and your hub comes down at the end of the month you've paid for. Your photos, text and product details are yours, and I'll send you a copy on request.

What do I need to send?

Your logo if you have one, photos and prices of what you sell, your hours, your address and your social media links.

I already have a web address or an old website. Is that a problem?

No. I can connect your existing address to your new Order Hub.

The £99 build fee covers build work and is non-refundable once work has started. Your build includes up to three rounds of design changes. Further redesign work is charged at an hourly rate. Everyday updates such as new prices, items or hours are covered by your monthly care. Your monthly fee starts on the day your Order Hub goes live.
